Mid-Columbia Boys’ Choir holding summer camp Aug. 15-19

The Mid-Columbia Boys’ Choir is holding its third annual summer camp on Aug. 15-19 at Vista Elementary School in Kennewick.

The camp runs from 9 to 11:30 a.m. each day and is open to all boys entering fourth through eighth grades.

The camp culminates in the boys singing the national anthem at the Dust Devils baseball game Aug. 21.

The boys also will sing the anthem on Aug. 22 before the Boyz II Men concert at the Benton Franklin Fair & Rodeo.

The boys choir just completed its fourth year. It’s a non-auditioned choir, with a season that runs throughout the school year.

It’s under the umbrella of Mid-Columbia Mastersingers.

To sign up for the summer camp, go to mcmastersingers.org or call 509-460-1766.
