Local photographer showing work in Kennewick, artist’s reception planned

West Richland photographer Ric Westman is displaying work at You & I Framing and Gallery in Kennewick, and an artist’s reception is planned July 6.

The events are 6 to 8 p.m. at the gallery, 214 W. First Ave. Admission is free.
