Tri-Cities Chinese American Association plans spring gala Jan. 28

Tri-Cities Chinese American Association is holding its spring festival gala Jan. 28 in Richland.

The Year of the Rooster event starts at 4 p.m. with a dance and music performance. A buffet follows.

The performance is free. The buffet is $10 for adults and $5 for children, with association members eating for free.

The festival is at Chief Joseph Middle School, 504 Wilson St.
