Gospel Jamboree set Dec. 18 in Mabton

A Gospel Jamboree starts at 2 p.m. Dec. 18 at Grace Brethren Church 428 B St. in Mabton.

The event is free and open to the public. Acts such as The Joyful Noise, Carl Smotherman, Heartstrings, Debbie Skinner, Gary Malner and Doug Diamond regularly perform, and members of the audience also are welcome to take the mic.

The event will include Christmas music.
