Public gala set Nov. 12 as part of Tri-Cities Wine Festival

A public gala is planned Nov. 12 as part of the annual Tri-Cities Wine Festival.

The event starts at 7 p.m. at the Three Rivers Convention Center, 7016 W. Grandridge Blvd., in Kennewick.

Guests can sample wines submitted to the competition, as well as food and microbrews produced in the Tri-Cities.

A silent auction to support wine-related education is planned.
