New art exhibition on display at Columbia Basin College

The art exhibition In the Cloud will run Nov. 7 to Dec. 9 in the Esvelt Gallery at Columbia Basin College in Pasco.

By artist Joe Batt, the exhibition “explores the rapidly expanding presence of Wifi culture, digital technology and mobile devices,” a news release said.

Batt is an art professor at South Puget Sound Community College. He brought In the Cloud to Washington State University Tri-Cities earlier this year.

An artist lecture is planned at 6:30 p.m. Nov. 7 in room P-210, with a reception to follow in the art gallery.
