This Chart-Topping Mom-of-Four Just Shared the Ultimate Inspiring Postpartum Glow-Up

Four months after celebrating the second birthday of her fourth child, Denver Calloway Decker, reality starJessie James Decker is sharing her amazing transformation with fans and followers. On June 14, the "Boys in the Summer" singer posted an Instagram video documenting her journey to get fit again after gaining more than 50 pounds during her pregnancy.

"This video is as raw and real as it gets," she captioned her post. "I've been anxious to share but here it goes."

From 'Magical' Metabolisms to Hard Work

She explained how she'd always been lucky, being able to "eat whatever I wanted and stay in shape." But after realizing the weight wasn't "magically" disappearing after the baby was born, she realized she had to start putting in the work, doing cardio and strength training to get back to where she felt happy with her body.

"I know what it's like to look in the mirror and not recognize yourself," she confided. "I know what it's like to feel uncomfortable in your clothes."

Raw, Real, and Postpartum

The montage begins with Decker pregnant, then shows her at the start of her postpartum period. The videos of her in workout gear are interspersed with her simply being a mom, whether going on a walk with one of her children in a baby carrier, or lifting weights in her backyard while her four kids work out alongside her.

Viewers watch as Decker performs plyometrics, deadlifts, rides a stationary bike, and does other intense workouts as her body slowly becomes more toned, stronger, and more flexible.

"I'm not a bodybuilder. I'm not a fitness expert," she wrote. "I'm just a mom of four who loves feeling strong, ready to conquer whatever life brings my way, and motivated by other women."

From Personal Journey to 'JJD FIT'

While many moms commented on her vulnerability, Decker had another reason for being so open about her pregnancy and fitness experience. Decker has created a new app called JJD FIT.

"My hope is that this becomes that same kind of place for all of us," the country singer wrote. "A place to get stronger. A place to stay motivated. A place to support one another. A place to show up for ourselves."

With the launch of JJD FIT, the busy mom of four is turning her personal transformation into a community effort, proving that with a little patience and a lot of heart, anyone can reclaim their strength.
