Did Bettina Anderson Just Become Bettina Trump? Fans Spotted a Quiet Clue
Eagle-eyed social media users just noticed a pretty major change to Bettina Anderson's Instagram account. Following her weekend wedding to Donald Trump Jr. in an intimate ceremony on a private island in the Bahamas, the bride changed her name and bio!
That's right, it's Instagram official. Instead of "Bettina Anderson," PresidentDonald Trump's newest daughter-in-law is now calling herself "Bettina Trump." But that's not all.
The brand-new bride also changed her bio from "I'm just your typical stay at home mom…only I don't do household chores…or have a husband…or have kids" to "Married Not domesticated." Of course, now that she does actually have a husband (i.e., Don Jr.), Bettina's older bio no longer makes sense. And we're all wondering if her not-having-a-husband status is the only change she'll make. After all, she did call herself a housewife without kids. Now the public is left to wonder whether the couple has baby plans for the future. As of now, neither Bettina nor her husband, Don Jr., has mentioned expanding their family.
When Did Bettina Trump Change Her Name?
There was some speculation that Trump Jr.'s wife would retain her maiden name after she reportedly filed the couple's marriage license under "Bettina Anderson." But now it looks like things have taken a turn.
While her IG username is an obvious change, it isn't the only one that fans noticed. Anderson (make that Trump) previously shared photos on her Stories of a white piece of satin with the name "Mrs. Trump" embroidered at the center and a zippered clutch with the initials "BT" printed on the side.
Did Bettina Trump Share Photos of Her Wedding?
Even though other Trump family members have shared pics from the weekend wedding in the Bahamas, Bettina has only revealed a few somewhat cryptic photos. Her new SILs, TiffanyTrump, IvankaTrump, and LaraTrump, posted snapshots from their tropical trip, showing off wedding-ready gowns and designer outfits. Bettina took a subtly sly approach, leaving her fans guessing.
What Else Did Donald Trump Jr.'s New Wife Share Online?
After revealing shots of her wedding band and a "Trump Movie Night" on the beach, Bettina recently posted (on her Instagram Stories) a steamy ocean picture of herself and Don Jr. embracing in the crystal clear water. The new Mrs. Trump also added a few aerial views of the island, making just about everyone jealous of the private getaway; a pic of herself strolling on the beach with the title "happy wife, happy life"; and a picture of Don Jr. holding his "treasures" (sand dollars).
