2000s Rock Band Releases 18 Tour Dates With Special Guests
Alter Bridge, a rock band from Orlando, announced exciting news to fans in line with their What Lies Within Tour 2026.
Following the success of the group's first leg tour this spring, they are ready for another round of head-turning performances for the second leg.
Beyond the schedule, Alter Bridge invited special guests to join them for their 18-day run.
In an Instagram post, the four-piece band, consisting of frontman and rhythm guitarist Myles Kennedy, Mark Tremonti on lead guitar and backing vocals, Brian Marshall on bass and Scott Phillips on drums, announced that they will feature Canadian-American rock band Big Wreck and singer-songwriter Tim Montana on selected shows.
The second part of the tour will begin on Nov. 5 in Pennsylvania and will conclude on Dec. 5 in Nevada.
According to the post, ticket sales will be available starting May 29 at 10 a.m. local time.
As mentioned, the announcement followed the massive response to the first leg, which began on April 25 in Orlando, Florida, covering major cities like Atlanta, Houston, Dallas, Tulsa, Omaha, Green Bay, Chicago, Atlantic City, Boston, Huntington, Montclair, Syracuse, Columbus, Pittsburgh, Detroit, Nashville and Birmingham, with the final show of the tour's first part taking place in Tampa, Florida on May 24.
Meanwhile, the recent tour was in celebration of the band's launch of their eighth studio album, Alter Bridge.
"From record to record, we might try some new things, integrate some new textures, production ideas," the frontman told Loudersound, sharing interesting details about the album. "But it always ends up where there's this one thread that runs throughout all the records. And so I think this record just leans into that. Like, what we're going to try this time is just home in on the thing we do, and stay there, and be proud. Don't be ashamed of it. Just embrace it, you know? So a self-titled approach made total sense, because that's what this is – it's us."
