Watch: Aang learns to earthbend in 'Avatar: The Last Airbender' Season 2
May 21 (UPI) -- Netflix is giving a glimpse of Avatar: The Last Airbender Season 2.
The streaming service shared a trailer for the season Thursday featuring Gordon Cormier, Miya Cech and Elizabeth Yu.
Avatar: The Last Airbender is a live-action reimagining of the animated series that aired for three seasons on Nickelodeon from 2005 to 2008. The show follows Aang (Cormier), a young boy with the rare ability to "bend," or manipulate, the four elements of air, water, earth and fire.
The Season 2 trailer shows Aang learn to earthbend from Toph (Cech) in the hopes of eventually stopping the Fire Nation. He is joined by Katara (Kaiwentiio) and Sokka (Ian Ousley) in his ongoing fight against Fire Lord Ozai (Daniel Dae Kim) and his children, Prince Zuko (Dallas Liu) and Azula (Elizabeth Yu).
Paul Sun-Hyung Lee and Ken Leung also return to star.
Avatar: The Last Airbender Season 2 premieres June 25 on Netflix.
