SSR Matikanefukukitaru Stats And Skills
SSR Matikanefukukitaru (SSR Fuku for short) is a friendship-type card masquerading as a Speed card. This is evident from its Energy Cost Reduction and Failure Protection stats, as well as the overall stat bonuses it grants across the board. Its lack of Specialty Priority makes it unlikely to land on Speed training compared to other Speed cards, but it makes up for it with its solid 10% Training Effectiveness and 10% Race Bonus.

SSR Rice Shower Stats And Skills
SSR Rice Shower is a Power-type support card that grants the highly desirable recovery skill, [Swinging Maestro]. Her stats at base uncap are nothing special, but they grow exponentially stronger once she reaches level 45 (3LB) and above.
| Event Skill | Effect | |
|---|---|---|
Passing Pro | Slightly decrease fatigue when determined to pass another runner. (Long) | |

Should You Pull Analysis
SSR Matikanefukukitaru (Speed)
Strengths
- High Initial Stats help early career
- Rare Energy Cost Reduction effect
- 10% Training Effectiveness and Race Bonus makes it viable in Trackblazer
Weaknesses
- No strong relevant skills
- Zero Specialty Priority
- Chance to fail her chain events
SSR Fuku is a Speed card that often behaves more like a Friendship Card. Most of the time, you want Fuku to land on your strong training facilities, since she offers Training Effectiveness and Energy Cost Reduction. This makes her an incredibly efficient "roaming card" who can still offer Speed "rainbows" once in a while. She is often weaker than other SSR Speed cards for raising speed, but her lack of Specialty Priority can be considered a boon that allows her to roam more often and enhance training on other facilities.
The card's issues arise from its reliance on complete luck: her high rolls are exceptional, and her low rolls are devastating. Her value diminishes every time she misses a good training turn, and reminds you of the option to bring a more reliable card, such as SSR Kitasan Black.
SSR Rice Shower (Power)
Strengths
- Access to [Swinging Maestro]
- Decent stat output
- Good debuff hints
Weaknesses
- Low Race Bonus for Trackblazer
- Strong and accessible alternatives exist
Unfortunately, SSR Rice Shower just isn't worth pulling for in Trackblazer. While she has access to a universal gold recovery skill and several debuff hints, there are better alternatives when it comes to pure stat output (SSR Marvelous Sunday, SR Nishino Flower). However, while her 5% Race Bonus reduces her viability in Trackblazer, she still performs well and grants relevant skills, granted that your deck can still reach the 50% or 60% RB value breakpoint.
Rating (Trackblazer Edition)
SSR Matikanefukukitaru - 3.5/5
SSR Rice Shower - 2/5
F2P Value - Low
Both SSR Fuku and Rice Shower had their time in the limelight, notably during the Unity Cup scenario. In Trackblazer, Fuku has retained most of her strength in the current meta due to her 10% Race Bonus, while Rice Shower has lost a chunk of her value due to low Race Bonus and the absence of her special bonuses from the previous scenario. Regardless, both cards are now out of their prime, and several upcoming cards will be much stronger in the future scenarios to come.
