This New NERDS Cookie Collaboration Is Pure Sugar-Fueled Nostalgia
Two brands steeped in nostalgia have come together to unveil a sweet new mash-up treat.
NERDS and Mother's Cookies are launching their Sweet & Tangy Frosted Cookies exclusively at Walmart stores this June. These limited-edition shortbread treats combine Mother's signature crunchy cookies with the tartness of NERDS Rainbow candy. This marks the first partnership between NERDS and Mother's Cookies, and for fans of both, the collaboration is a welcome delight.

This sweet crossover is something fans have dreamed about, and we can't wait to bring it to shelves this summer."
Both brands are known for their distinct flavors and unique treats. NERDS' trademark sugar crystal candies debuted in the 1980s with their original Cherry & Orange and Grape & Strawberry flavors. Since then, numerous spinoff products-including Seasonal Nerds, Nerds Rope, and Nerds Gummy Clusters-have been released over the years.
Mother's Cookies began much earlier, in 1914, at a newspaper stand in California. Instantly recognizable for its pink and white frosted, rainbow-sprinkled cookies, Mother's has delighted kids and adults alike with Original Circus Animal Cookies, Sparkling Strawberry Mythical Creature Cookies, Splashing Summer Sidekick Cookies, and more.
