Fleetwood Mac Legend Stevie Nicks, 77, Goes Casual and Curly During a Hangout With Friends
Fleetwood Mac icon Stevie Nicksmay be busy on tour, but she's getting a little time to hang out with friends.
The music icon, 77, was snapped hanging out after a gig with a group of friends, and looked stunning with flowing curly hair after recovering from a shoulder fracture last year. With a smile on her face, the curly-haired beauty looked happy and healthy after her difficult year of health struggles.
"Great weekend vibes 🤘🏽🎸💙 Rock n' roll with the family, good energy, big smiles, and enjoying life to the absolute max. Moments like these remind me how important it is to live fully, laugh loud, and stay present.🔥," her friend captioned the photo set, which showed Nicks smiling with her hand on his shoulder, surrounded by friends.
What Music Does Stevie Nicks Listen To?
After dealing with a broken shoulder last year, Nicks opened up about the music she turned to while navigating her recovery.
"I'm all over the internet. I listen to a lot of current bands," Nicks told PEOPLE, noting that she loves to listen to The Midnight, The White Kites, and Night Traveler. "And all through my recovery, I've listened. That's the one thing that I have done physically through this recovery, is to really listen to all this younger music that I love. And when I wasn't feeling well at all, it just carried me on a cloud through this whole thing."
While she admits she's not "high-tech," Nicks says she does use Pandora and Spotify.
"I push the thumbs-up. Love this. Don't love that. Love this," she explained.
Night Traveler Opened for Nicks
One of those bands she listed, Night Traveler, scored the lucky gig of opening for Nicks on tour. In an Instagram post, the Texas-based duo shared how incredible the opportunity was.
"We thought opening for [Stevie Nicks] would be the coolest musical moment of our lives," the band shared. "Turns out the kindness and sincerity of her spirit that she shared with us will be the thing we never forget."
