Bo Derek, 69, Is the Same Blonde Icon She Was Almost 50 Years Ago in the ‘10' Beach Scene
Legendary actress Bo Derek rarely makes public appearances, but when she does, it's to support her loved ones.
The actress, 69, started working as a child, but had her breakthrough role in 1979's 10, which featured that iconic scene of her running on the beach. In later years, she made us laugh alongside Chris Farley and David Spade in Tommy Boy.
These days, Derek is married to Sex and the City alum John Corbett and looks better than ever. While she rarely works the red carpet or hits social media, the blonde beauty made a rare cameo to support her husband as he shook hands with Beef star Oscar Isaac. Pictured in the background, watching him lovingly, Derek looked more stunning than ever.
"John is gushing over Oscar Issac's performance in the new 2nd season of BEEF. #Netflix#notobemissed#oscarissac," Derek captioned the photo, which showed her smiling as the two actors embraced.
Back in February, Derek hit the red carpet with Corbett at the 41st annual Santa Barbara International Film Festival to present Stellan Skarsgård with the Montecito Award at the Arlington Theatre. The star simply glowed in a black turtleneck and cream-colored coat. Still an iconic blonde, it's safe to say this lovely lady is aging like a fine wine.

Living in Santa Barbara with Corbett, Derek prefers a quieter pace of life.
"…Right now, if I'm home, I wake up, make coffee, feed the horses, feed the dogs, feed myself, go to my computer, work in the garden, swim in the pool for exercise and then feed horses, feed dogs, feed ourselves," she toldVariety back in 2020. "John and I watch Jeopardy while we eat and then we watch movies all night."
No matter how they spend their time, it's safe to say that Derek is so in love with Corbett, more than 20 years on.
"It's that twinkle in his eye. His humor. He has a lot of joy in him and I feed off of it," she told Entertainment Tonight. "The simplest things can make him so happy, so he makes my day brighter because of that, too. And he's got a wicked sense of humor."
