“It’s just me and two other employees,” said Lott. “But I think people like us because of our deep knowledge base and our experience.”
The company, started in 1991, prides itself on being intimately involved in a project.
“Our philosophy is based on relationships,” said Lott. “We work with the same suppliers, the same sub-contractors we’ve dealt with for decades.”
So Lott and his employees keep close tabs on each project, and are readily available to each client.

That includes building a charity house, in which the proceeds of the profits go to two designated charities. The latest recipients are Elijah Family Homes, and KC Help (Knights of Columbus).
