2020 Best Used Car Dealership: Archibald’s
“We at Archibald’s are thrilled to win this prestigious award and wish to thank those who voted for us. 2020 marks our seventh year being named one of Tri-Cities’ top used car dealerships. This title is a badge of honor and continually drives us to a higher standard,” said owner Danny Archibald of his dealership’s three-year streak in the top spot.
In 2019, Archibald’s showroom underwent a remodel, which doubled its size in order to better serve customers. “Our clients are the best part of Archibald’s, and we cannot stress that enough,” Danny said.
“We are profoundly grateful to be a part of this community filled with loyal and loving people.”
In light of the COVID-19 outbreak, the Archibald’s team has become hypersensitive to disinfecting all contact points throughout their vehicles and facilities. “We cannot imagine life without sterilizing cars before and after presentation,” he said.
Unfortunately, non-essential business closures forced Archibald’s to shut its doors temporarily; but the setback also inspired innovation in how they sell cars.
In May, Archibald’s began offering Home Services.
Explained Danny, “It’s been fun to come to your homes for test drives and vehicle delivery. This new process has been rewarding in ways we never anticipated.”
