Pasco man in jail after licking woman in Walmart parking lot

A Pasco man is in jail after he licked a woman’s leg in a Walmart parking lot, and showed her pornography.

Armando Reyes-Medrano, 30, stalked a 22-year-old woman to her car as she was leaving Walmart at 7:11 p.m. Wednesday. As she was getting ready, he stood in the open door, police said.

He crouched in front of her open door, where he licked her bare leg up to her upper thigh, and showed her porn on his cellphone.

After objecting, unable to leave because he was blocking the door, the woman grabbed her own phone and began recording Reyes-Medrano.

She also called a friend, who showed up and ordered the suspect to leave.

Pasco Police Sgt. Brad Gregory explained that some people don’t think to call out, or dial 911, instead they call friends.

The victim turned over a image of the man, and the license plate number of his Nissan Altima. Officers weren’t able to track the recently sold car, because the title wasn’t transferred.

Officer Matt Decker spotted the car on Court Street at midnight Friday. Reyes-Medrano was taken to Franklin County jail on suspicion of assault.
