Kennewick motorcyclist injured in DUI crash on Highway 240

A Kennewick motorcyclist was injured Thursday when he lost control and crashed into a guardrail, according to the Washington State Patrol.

John S. Tolich, 48, was trying to exit from Highway 240 westbound to Columbia Center Boulevard when the accident occurred at 1:54 p.m., the state patrol said.

He was taken to Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Richland, where he was treated and released.

Tolich was speeding and will be charged with driving under the influence, the state patrol said.
