Hunters find Burbank woman’s body

The body of a Burbank woman was found Friday by some hunters, said the Walla Walla County Sheriff’s Office.

Stacey Lynn Miller, 43, was found in a slough area of Burbank, just seven miles southeast of Pasco.

“An initial investigation has revealed that the cold weather was a contributing factor,” said the sheriff’s office.

Miller’s body was found about a half mile from her home, said sheriff’s office spokeswoman Shanda Zessin. The hunters found her about 10 a.m. Her family has been notified.

Zessin said in a news release that other details were being withheld pending further investigation.
