Teen hit in crosswalk Monday, car flees

A 14-year-old boy was hit by a car in a crosswalk Monday night and the driver never stopped.

Pasco police are investigating the hit and run at the corner of Fourth Avenue and Bonneville Street shortly before 7 p.m. The teen was taken to an area hospital. His condition was not immediately available.

Witnesses said he was hit by an older red car, while some nearby family members were watching.
