Kennewick police looking for transient who kicked woman in the throat

Kennewick police are looking for a man accused of kicking his ex-girlfriend in the throat during a fight.

Joseph L. Webb, 32, transient, is wanted on suspicion of assault after he reportedly pushed the woman down before kicking her in the throat, said Kennewick police. Webb also has an outstanding felony warrant from the state Department of Corrections.
