Latino heritage featured
Port of Kennewick employees Mike Boehnke, left, and Mike Melia help install a new Latino heritage mural Thursday at the Columbia Gardens Wine & Artisan Center at 421 E. Columbia Drive.
The mural will stretch 84 feet and was painted by Andrew Reid SHEd of Florida. It depicts people in agriculture and Latino history in the Tri-Cities region.
A public celebration is set at 2 p.m. May 23.
