Taylor Swift Reportedly Cuts Travis Kelce's Dad From Wedding Planning

Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift are reportedly set to get married later this summer. Wedding planning, surely, has been a stressor. It is for every couple.

But while the three-time Super Bowl-winning tight end and his world famous pop star fiance surely have a lot of help, they've reportedly had to axe at least one family member from the planning.

Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce have reportedly had to cut the tight end's dad, Ed, from the wedding planning trust tree. Ed Kelce could reportedly not be trusted with the private details at this point.

A source told the Daily Mail that Swift had to keep the details about the "really, really, big" wedding from Ed Kelce because he "can't be trusted" to keep a secret.

"He's sort of like a loose cannon," one source told the outlet. "Nobody knows what he's going to say, so it's kind of a controversial situation."

Thus far, wedding details have been miniscule. Some believe it's happening in July in New York City. However, nothing has been confirmed.

Ed Kelce already let some engagement details leak

After Travis and Taylor got engaged over the summer, Ed Kelce let the details leak.

"He got her out there, they were about to go out to dinner, and he said, ‘let's go out and have a glass of wine,' … they got out there, and that's when he asked her, and it was beautiful," Ed said to News 5 Cleveland . "They started FaceTiming me and their mother and her folks to make sure everybody knew. So, to see them together is great."

Taylor Swift, understandably, wants to keep it very private.

"When it comes to the date and location, she wants to avoid anything leaking ahead of time, which is why there are no physical save-the-dates being sent out," the source added. "She's also sharing slightly different details with different guests. That way, if any information does surface publicly, it could help identify where the leak came from."

We're not talking about the nuclear codes here, of course, but Swift is incredibly famous. It's understandable that she would want to keep things private.
