Poll: Betting on the Kentucky Derby

Saturday afternoon marks the 152nd Kentucky Derby. The annual "Run for the Roses" takes place at the historic Churchill Downs in Louisville, Kentucky, with a post time set for 6:57 p.m. ET. While the Derby is rich with pageantry, I'm personally most looking forward to seeing the first couple of blues/rock, Susan Tedeschi and Derek Trucks, perform the national anthem.

It's a safe bet that for the vast majority of viewers who watch the Derby on NBC, this will be the only horse race they watch all year. And many viewers will be placing a bet on the race, even if they have no experience playing the horses. So let's be unscientific about this…
