Angel Reese Releasing Special Shoe In Honor Of Met Gala Week

With just a few days to go until the annual Met Gala, Angel Reese is getting ready for the prestigious event with a new sneaker being released by Reebok.

Taking to her social media accounts this morning, Reese announced the release of her "Gala Green" Angel Reese 1 shoe. The shoe retails for $130 and is the eighth colorway released of her shoe.

"In honor of Met Gala Week! 💚 Angel Reese 1: 'Gala Green,'" Reese wrote on X.

Reese's fans were certainly ready to support their favorite WNBA player in the comments:

"The crossover we needed: Met Gala fashion meets hoops. These are CLEAN," one user replied on X.

"Order completed! Was actually able to order this time before people bought up my size," wrote another.

"Perfect timing 🤍 can't wait to see you at the Met!!" a third wrote.
