Roughly 24 hours after getting clocked by their arch rivals, the Tigers were shutout for the first time this season in a 6-0 Evergreen Conference loss to the Bobcats on the road on Friday afternoon.
Antonia Saucedo and MadDog Rothdeutsch each went 3-for-3 with an extra base hit, but the rest of the lineup combined for one hit, three walks and six strikeouts. Centralia's best chance to cut into the deficit was in the top of the fifth.
Rothdeutsch led off with a triple, then a walk and an infield single by Brooklyn Sprague loaded the bases with one out. Aberdeen turned a 1-2-5 double play to escape the jam. The Bobcats grabbed control of the outing with a four-run second.
The Tigers (5-5, 2-4 EvCo) will look to snap their skid on Monday with a meeting versus Tumwater.
