Letter: Second Amendment isn’t outdated
For all of the people who say the Second Amendment is outdated, I would like to remind you that dictatorships are formed on a people with no ability to defend themselves.
Our Founding Fathers knew that to stay a free nation, the government had to govern with the knowledge that the citizens had the right to be free. The right to bear arms allows no government to dictate terms for living in our society.
