Letter: Why the American people should not vote for a Democrat
The 2016 election is one of the most important in recent decades. I have been thinking of all the reasons why the American people should not vote for a Democrat in 2016. So far I have only been able to come up with two: (1) Hillary Clinton and (2) Bernie Sanders.
Mrs. Clinton has considerable experience in politics, most of it detrimental to the citizens of the United States. Her most notable accomplishment as secretary of state was the death of four Americans at the embassy in Benghazi. As senator, she sponsored no meaningful legislation. As first lady, she is best known for having taken $190,000 worth of china, flatware, rugs, televisions, sofas and other items with her when she and Bill departed 1600 Pennsylvania Ave. Her reckless use of a personal email server to handle classified information is criminal. She has proven herself unable to lead this great nation.
Bernie Sanders is a self-proclaimed socialist who has no significant experience which would qualify him to be commander in chief or the leader of the free nation.
Check the character of the people seeking to lead this great nation before casting your vote.
