A fire in Pendleton destroyed a barn, burned power lines and shut down traffic for more than two hours.
The blaze broke out Monday shortly before 11 p.m. at a property on Covey Lane, according to a city of Pendleton new release.
When firefighters arrived the barn was engulfed in flames. Crews were able to keep the fire from spreading and no injuries were reported.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
Highway 395 was closed as crews fought the blaze for hours.
