Leadership training, life coaching and more provided by GLC office in Kennewick

Gladiator Leadership and Coaching has opened in Kennewick, offering leadership and business training, motivational speaking and executive, life and recovery coaching to the Tri-Cities.

Gladiator Leadership and Coaching is owned and operated by Daniel, Aaron and Shawn Chavez.

Aaron, CEO and president of GLC, is a John Maxwell-certified teacher, speaker and coach. He specializes in executive coaching, life coaching and inspiration speaking.

Shawn is the vice president and co-founder, specializing in recovery coaching and life coaching, and is an experienced mason and artist.

Daniel is the vice president and co-founder, and the father of Aaron and Shawn. He has traveled as a contractor across much of Iraq and Afghanistan, and in 2015, he received the John C. Maxwell Top 100 Award. He specializes in leadership training.
