Lightcurve launches 8 Gig fiber internet service in Centralia and Chehalis
Lightcurve, a fiber internet provider, announced the launch of its new 8 Gig fiber internet service in Centralia and Chehalis.
The new service positions Lightcurve as the fastest internet provider in Centralia and Chehalis, offering symmetrical speeds of up to 8 Gbps download and 8 Gbps upload across its all-fiber network, Lightcurve claimed in a news release.
The service is supported by advanced mesh WiFi technology featuring 10 Gig-capable Wifi support, according to the company.
Lightcurve continues to invest heavily in fiber infrastructure across Lewis County, having previously launched 2 Gig internet service across Centralia and Chehalis, and now adding an additional 8 Gig speed tier to more homes, the news release stated.
"Fiber networks are uniquely positioned to meet the demands of a world where everything is connected," Beth Barnes, senior vice president of sales and marketing at Lightcurve, said in the release. "From AI-powered applications and cloud computing to ultra-high-definition streaming and competitive gaming, customers are using more bandwidth than ever before. By bringing 8 Gig service to Centralia and Chehalis, we're ensuring families and businesses have the capacity they need not just today, but for years to come."
The launch in Centralia and Chehalis follows Lightcurve's recent introduction of 8 Gig service across Central Washington, including Ellensburg, Kittitas and Selah.
