This Border Collie's Jump Rope Skills Stole the Show at Boston Celtics Game
The Boston Celtics may have lost, but a Border Collie won it all after delivering an impressive jump rope routine at the NBA game's halftime show. With perfect timing and focus, the talented pup kept up with every turn, quickly winning over the crowd in the arena and stealing hearts online.
The creator of this clip states that it may have been the "best halftime show" she's ever seen, and after watching her TikTok, I tend to agree. Not only is the jumping Collie remarkable, but can we please discuss the other two dogs who are swinging the ropes?! This entire canine troupe is a delight, and I'd gladly pay the price of admission just to see them perform, no basketball required.

I (and the crowd) also really appreciate the use of Van Halen's Jump as the soundtrack. The performance brought "the vibes back up" after a less-than-stellar showing by the Celtics, and you can feel just how proud the dogs were to provide some much-needed energy.
One viewer commented, "How does one even go about training a dog for this skill?" and I wonder the same thing. I know that Border Collies are considered preternaturally smart, but this is some advanced stuff.
