This Chocolate Lab Would Like to Be of Assistance-Even If You Don't Need It

I absolutely adore my fur nephew's loyalty. Certainly love that he is always ready to play and cuddle at any time of day. However, sometimes, like any pet parent, I would definitely ask for a little less loyalty. This is especially true when I am doing chores or something important and don't need a little buddy at my side. Like many pet parents, I would assume that this is a very common sentiment in most households.

For this chocolate Lab's human, it's certainly an everyday occurrence. As Woody's human shows, life with a chocolate Labrador retriever is entertaining, to say the least. At every turn, there is Woody, ready to help or serve his human, even if she doesn't need it.

With a striking resemblance to Russell from Up, Woody the chocolate Lab wasn't hesitant to offer his assistance to his human. From following her while doing laundry to following her after she does laundry, Woody is never that far behind. The chocolate Lab even sticks around during her work meetings to ensure she doesn't need any further help doing her human work. No matter if the door is closed, Woody is always ready to lend a helping hand.

While some might think Woody is a little too loyal, we can't help but be thankful for his commitment to service. However, we can't deny that Woody's human might be a little overwhelmed by his unwavering support. Either way, this chocolate Lab is clearly loyal and adorable.

In the comments, users couldn't help but be charmed by Woody's dedication to being such a helpful buddy. One pet parent added, "It's annoyingly lovely when they just lie down, blocking your kitchen while you're busy." Another commenter added their anecdote with, "My labrador would say… I can help you finish your meal? I could help you eat that piece of chicken? I could help you take yourself on a walk?" While Woody is loyal, it's clear it isn't just him.

Elsewhere, another pet parent described the situation as "It's like having a 4-legged kid," which we have to firmly believe is the most accurate explanation. Although we aren't sure Woody can truly help in all human activities, we do have to admit it's amazing to witness.
