Lowe's Has a New AI-Powered Mulch Calculator That's So Useful for Spring Refreshes

According to Lowe's, if you've ever faced that timeless gardening dilemma, you're not alone. The chain found that nearly a quarter of consumer mulch purchases in 2025 were from repeat trips.
Luckily, the chain just introduced a simple fix to the common issue: a new AI-powered mulch calculator. This helpful tool breaks down the exact amount of mulch users need for any project they have in mind.

Lowe's Launches an AI-Powered Mulch Calculator
"Mulch is easy to spread, harder to estimate," Lowe's explains in a news release. That's where its new "Mulch Me Now" Calculator makes figuring out how much mulch you need effortless.
All you have to do is message "MULCH ME NOW" to the Lowe's AI assistant, Mylow (which you can use either on the chain's website or its app). Then, in less than two minutes-after a series of questions about the space-it tells you the exact number of bags needed.
For extra convenience, shoppers can order that number and schedule delivery too. From start to finish, the entire process becomes way easier. No out-of-the-way trips necessary or stressful planning involved.
Lowe's Celebrates Its Annual Mulch Week
During the Lowe's Mulch Week, which runs from April 9 through the 15th, shoppers can also snag 5 for $10 Sta-Green Mulch. Plus, rewards members can earn 5x points on eligible purchases.
All in all, thanks to Lowe's, tackling "one of spring's most popular refresh projects" just got a lot less complicated and way more efficient.
