Emma Watson Made a Rare Appearance Alongside Prince William, and She Looks Better Than Ever
Emma Watson isn't one for public appearances, but the Harry Potter actress just made a rare exception for an important appearance alongside Prince William.
Watson, 36, rose to stardom in the role of Hermione Granger in the beloved Harry Potter series. She continued her reign as an acclaimed actress in films like The Perks of Being a Wallflower, The Bling Ring, and Little Women, while also earning a college degree at Brown University in 2014. These days, Watson prefers to fly under the radar. She hasn't appeared in a film since 2019, but she keeps busy with academic and activism work. She put that to use in a new appearance, appearing alongside Prince William and actor Benedict Cumberbatch at a landmark business forum for The Royal Foundation's United for Wildlife on Monday in London, England.

In a video caught by HELLO!, Watson shared that she was trying to avoid the paparazzi one day. However, she discovered the men hiding outside her building were actually scoping out "a very rare bird." Seeing as the event was targeting the importance of protecting wildlife, her hilarious story makes a lot of sense.

Back in March, Watson was seen kissing billionaire Mexican entrepreneur Gonzalo Hevia Baillères in an airport, PEOPLE reported, sharing photos of the smooch.
While appearing on Jay Shetty's On Purpose podcast in September, Watson spoke about her dating life and made it clear she prefers to date people who aren't extremely familiar with her professional work.
Watson shared that she wants a potential partner to "appreciate my work, but I think knowing you don't have to navigate that extra degree of, like, weirdness is helpful, a relief."
