Final Central Scouting report

The Central Scouting Service's final ranking for the upcoming 2010 NHL entry draft were released Wednesday. Among the 210 skaters and 30 goalies in North America, the Americans have five players on the list, including Brooks Macek (86th, 101 mid-season), Jordan Messier (115, 146), Spencer Humphries (172, NR), Justin Feser (177, 154 -- how he dropped is a mystery) and Patrick Holland (180, NR).

Also on the list is Americans list player Jaden Schwartz, who played at Notre Dame with Macek and Messier. Now with the Tri-City Storm (Kearney, Neb.) of the USHL, Schwartz is ranked 28th. Schwartz is playing for Drew Schoneck, a former Americans assistant coach (2001-02).
