The spring chinook salmon season is reopening at three locations on the Snake River for three days a week.
Fishing is allowed from the Highway 12 bridge near Pasco upstream about seven miles to just below the Ice Harbor Dam starting June 7 on Sundays through Tuesdays each week.
Fishing is allowed from just below Little Goose Dam to the Texas Rapids boat launch at the mouth of the Tucannon River on Thursdays through Saturdays each week, starting this week.
Fishing also has been opened in the Clarkston area Thursdays through Saturdays each week, starting this week.
Six hatchery spring fish may be caught, with no more than two adult chinook salmon. No more fishing is allowed after anglers catch the hatchery adult limit for the day. The possession limit is increased to three daily catch limits in fresh form.
