Ams fall to fifth in CHL poll

After losing three games last week, the Tri-City Americans fell from fourth to fifth in the weekly Canadian Hockey League poll.

Tri-City (41-15-1-2), which has a big weekend coming up against Everett on Friday and Spokane on Saturday, traded places with the Saskatoon Blades (39-13-3-3), while the Brandon Wheat Kings (41-16-1-3) moved from seventh to sixth.

The Saint John Sea Dogs (46-9-1-0) held on the top spot, followed by the Barrie Colts (45-8-0-2) and Windsor Spitfires (44-9-0-5).

Coming in at No. 7 was the Moncton Wildcats, while the London Knights, Drummondville Voltigeurs and Mississauga St. Michael's Majors round out the top 10.
