Kennewick Dusters win Duster Bowl title
The Kennewick Pepsi-Cola Dusters ended their Fourth of July weekend with a bang, winning the Duster Bowl championship at LaPierre Field. The Dusters topped the Richland Knights 9-5 in the semis and then beat Anacortes 13-5 in the title.
Tyson Brown led Kennewick with four hits on the day, including two doubles, two triples and three RBIs. Blake Marboe went 3-for-4 with three RBIs against Richland and then tossed a complete game in the final.

Casey Yocom Invite: The Kennewick Outlaws AAA team took a 3-2 third-inning lead, but the Thundersox scored two runs apiece in the fourth and fifth innings to earn the 6-3 win at the 19U Casey Yocom Invitational in Reno, Nev.

Bandits fall at Curt Daniels Invite: Jashaun Simon went 2-for-4, but Southridge couldn’t generate enough runs in a 10-2 loss to Narrows at the Curt Daniels Invite in Vancouver, Wash. The Bandits will play in the Walla Walla Sweet Invitational beginning Thursday.

Richland National LL 11s: Tyler Bilodeau went 3-for-4 with a triple and three RBIs and Grant Watkins struck out seven batters to lift Richland National to an 11-1 win over West Valley Little League in the District 12 championship Saturday in Yakima. Nate Gray also had three hits for RNLL.
