Kennewick Bandits pitcher Conner O’Neil made quick work of his opponent Friday at the Bandit Bash.
O’Neil tossed a no-hitter, throwing just 58 pitches and recording eight strikeouts as the Bandits rolled to a 10-0, six-inning victory over Caldwell, Idaho, at Southridge High School.
Jarod Gonzales hit a two-run single with one out in the sixth to wrap up the victory.
Kennewick finished with 12 hits, including three from Jared Newbry and two each from Gonzales and Brandon Pocasangre.
The Bandits will face Spokane Baseball Club at noon Saturday.
