Morfin's bat helps Jr. Bandits salvage split in Walla Walla
WALLA WALLA -- Connor Morfin went 3-for-5 with a pair of doubles and two RBIs to lift the Kennewick Junior Bandits to an 11-7 win over the Walla Walla Bruins in Game 2 of a Central Washington League junior legion doubleheader Sunday at Walla Walla Community College.
The Bruins won the opener 8-3 thanks to a seven-run fifth inning.
