U.S. goalkeeper Hope Solo will attend her ninth Algarve Cup next month in Portugal, but the Richland native is not yet cleared for game competition as she recovers from major surgery on her right shoulder in September.

Camp begins March 2 in Florida.

The Americans defeated the Germans for the Algarve Cup last year.

The Women's World Cup is being held this summer in Germany.
