MINNEAPOLIS -- The Minnesota Twins called up outfielder Jason Repko, who replaces struggling infielder Brendan Harris on the 25-man roster.
Repko, 29, a native of Richland, was hitting .281 with six home runs and 10 stolen bases for Triple-A Rochester.
The right-handed batting speedster and defensive specialist was selected by the Los Angeles Dodgers in the first round of the 1999 draft. This year, the Dodgers released Repko on March 31.
The Twins signed Repko to a minor-league contract seven days later.
