EVERETT -- The Tri-City Dust Devils had an offensive explosion Wednesday in Everett.
Led by Jared Simon, the Dust Devils won 18-7. They banged out 19 hits and hit four home runs -- including two by Simon.
The right-fielder hit a solo shot in the fourth, a three-run homer in the fifth, an RBI double in the sixth and an RBI single in the seventh. He finished 5-for-6 with six RBIs, while doubling his home run total for the season.
David Hernandez also went deep, as did Leo Reyes. Reyes finished 3-for-5 with two RBIs and four runs scored, and Hernandez was 3-for-6 with two RBIs and his second career homer.

Ricardo Ferrer struggled through 5 2/3 innings, allowing five runs -- four earned -- to get the victory.
The Dust Devils and AquaSox will meet again at 7:05 p.m. today in Everett.
