MOSES LAKE -- The Richland Bombers will get a jump on the football postseason tonight, playing a three-way tiebreaker with Davis and Wenatchee at Moses Lake's Lions Field.
The playoff was created after all three teams finished 3-3 in league play. Each team split their games with the other two, so there was no head-to-head advantage.
Wenatchee and Davis will start at 6 p.m., playing two eight-minute halves.
After a 20-minute break, the winner plays Richland, with the survivor earning the CBBN 4A's third and final seed to the regional round of the state playoffs.
The payoff: a date with Greater Spokane League No. 1 Mead (8-1) on Friday at Joe Albi Stadium.
Chiawana and Eisenhower have the CBBN's top two seeds.
The Riverhawks (8-0) will play Central Valley (7-2) at 7 p.m. Friday at Edgar Brown.
Ike (8-1) plays Ferris (8-1) on Friday at Joe Albi after the Mead game.
