Corrigan leads LC to road victory

WALLA WALLA -- Bryan Corrigan's double-double led Liberty Christian to a 48-47 road victory at DeSales in Southeast 2B action Friday.

Corrigan finished with 18 points and 19 rebounds for the Patriots.

"We won the third quarter by six," Patriots coach Terry Watson said. "We were down three at the half, won the third quarter and that, basically was the difference.

"Once we got the lead, we always had it."

Grandview 63, Toppenish 39: Daniel Nielsen had 21 points for Grandview, Kyle Jamison had 15 points for Toppenish and the Greyhounds outscored the Wildcats 35-13 in the second half en route to a CWAC 2A road win.
