Brenden Hoch, Sr., River View

He tossed a six-hitter to win an SCAC East playoff with Connell; also won Game 2 vs. Wahluke to get the Panthers into the playoff.


Devyn Olson, Sr., Othello

She shot a 90 at Black Rock Creek in Sunnyside to earn medalist honors as the Huskies won a three-team CWAC match.


Brandon Hale, Sr., Southridge

Bounced back after losing in a shootout to Eisenhower to post five saves in shutting out Moses Lake for the Suns’ first-ever district win.


Ashley Thompson, Fr., Connell

She threw a pair of one-hitters in an SCAC East sweep of Royal; allowed only six hits in 19 innings as Eagles won Royal Tournament.


Demie Warner, Sr., Kamiakin

She won three No. 1 singles matches against Eastmont, Southridge and Davis, leading the Braves to dual-meet victories.

Track & Field

Jamie Weisner, Soph., Walla Walla

She won the 300-meter hurdles, long jump and javelin and took second in the 100 hurdles to lead the Blue Devils past Pasco and Eastmont.
