Bowling

Shanice Brice, Jr., Moses Lake

She placed third at the 4A state tournament, rolling a six-game series of 1,065 pins, with a high game of 219.



Swimming

Tyler Pickett, Jr., Richland

He won the 200-yard individual medley, took second in the 100 breaststroke and swam on two state-qualifying relays at districts.



Gymnastics

Michelle Fletcher, Fr., Kamiakin

She won three events -- uneven bars, balance beam and floor exercise -- and placed second in the all-around at the district meet.



Boys Basketball

Derek Porter, Sr., Southridge

He had 21 points and 10 rebounds in a win over Moses Lake and 20 points in a win over Davis as the Suns clinched a playoff berth.



Girls Basketball

Tamara Jones, Jr., Prosser

She had 17 points and three assists in a win over Ellensburg and 16 points, nine rebounds and three steals in a win over Selah.



Wrestling

Chance Watt, Jr., River View

He won a three-OT match over fellow state placer Trevor Morrison of Columbia (Burbank) to claim the 130-pound SCAC East title.
