Girls Basketball

Jamie Lyons, Sr., Southridge

She averaged 14.7 points in three games; had 14 points and eight rebounds in a CBBN Columbia victory over first-place Wenatchee.



Bowling

Whitney McGary, Sr., Kennewick

She averaged 185.8 pins in four games, with a high score of 232, as the Lions swept CBBN matches with Eisenhower and Chiawana.



Wrestling

Trevor Morrison, Sr., Columbia (Burbank)

He won the 130-pound title at the Naches Invite, defeating Omak's DeShawn Dunham 10-1 in the championship match.



Gymnastics

Tristan Peterson, Jr., Southridge

She won the balance beam and took third in the all-around at the Washington Open Winter Invitational in Ballard.



Boys Basketball

Justin Smith, Jr., Chiawana

He averaged 20.3 points as the Riverhawks went 2-1, including a career-high 33 (and the game-winning basket in OT) vs. Eastmont.



Swimming

Nathaniel Weinman, Jr., Richland

He won three individual events and earned state times in the 200- and 500-yard freestyles; led off the state-qualifying 400 free relay.
