* 1979 -- Sunnyside substituted four varsity positions with sophomore wrestlers and still managed to club Selah 51-0 in a Mid-Valley League grappling contest. In addition to taking every weight class match, Sunnyside was handed forfeits in six more by the Vikings, but which were not tacked onto the final score. "Our conditioning was good and we looked a lot sharper than we did during vacation," Grizzlies mentor Terry Syvertson said.
